The Governor’s Room
Capacity : Up-to 50 guests
Perched upstairs overlooking Victoria Square, The Governor’s Room blends timeless British pub sophistication with modern elegance. This fully self contained mezzanine features stunning parquet flooring, traditional bentwood chairs, and premium wrap around booths in heritage plaid. Glowing under art deco lighting, the space includes private restrooms and a dedicated bar with four traditional British hand pulled ale taps, offering an exclusive backdrop.
The Ground Floor
Capacity: Up-to 70 guests
Downstairs offers a vibrant, social atmosphere where modern design meets traditional British pub energy. Flooded with natural light, the space features massive sliding windows that open completely for seamless indoor outdoor flow looking onto Victoria Square. With a striking main bar, 16 guest taps, and an extensive cocktail list, it is the perfect spot for up to guests to mingle.
Catering & Menus
Our kitchen crafts seasonally inspired menus balancing local New Zealand freshness with classic British fare. Choose from casual finger food and canapés, a structured sit down choice menu, or a social "Feed Me" shared plates experience, with all dietary requirements easily accommodated. To complement your meal, we offer flexible beverage packages or bar tabs featuring 16 premium tap beers, four authentic British hand pulled ales, boutique local wines, and creative cocktails, with optional arrival drinks to elevate your event.
